East Brighton is a large Ward in the Kemptown and Peacehaven Parliamentary Constituency located in Brighton and Hove. It has an estimated population of 14,145 and 2,983 are under the age of 18. There is no High School in the ward except for Brighton College a private school. East Brighton Park is the largest park in the area. Main events are; Kemptown Carnival, Community Days Local Festivals in East Brighton Park. 

A lot of new investment is going into black rock with a new pump track being installed and some exciting designs for changing Dukes Mound Area. There is some Concern however with a growing need for more investment in our more deprived communities like Whitehawk.
